The Collierville Bible Church (CBC) AWANA program is starting this year on September 13 th , 2026. We
begin at 5:30 PM and end around 7:20 PM.

The Awana program began in 1950, and clubs are currently meeting in over 9,500 churches in the United
States.  Awana can also be found in 2,700 churches in more than 100 other countries around the globe.

The program was designed to train up young men and women who are learning Scripture and how to
apply it to their lives in a fun-filled atmosphere of friends, games, and rewards.
CBC AWANA meeting dates generally coincide with the Shelby County / Collierville School
system’s calendar for breaks and major holidays (where they are the same) so that families
can plan accordingly. We did not include Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Day, or Presidents
Day as breaks in the schedule since these are only one day and fall on a Monday.

We are excited to see how God is going to use the AWANA ministry again this year to help
your children in their growth as faithful followers of Jesus Christ. As they continue to
advance through their books, earn awards, and enjoy plenty of fun games and activities, we
also encourage you to invite neighbors, friends, and other family members.
If you would like to enroll your child in the program, please complete the registration form
provided on this website and return it to the following address:

Collierville Bible Church (care of the AWANA program)
806 Wolf River Blvd.
Collierville, TN 38017
(checks payable to Collierville Bible Church)

You may also come by any Sunday evening (see attached calendar) and have your child
attend a few times before enrolling.

The first club night is Sunday, September 13th; however, you are welcome to enroll at a later
date. Each Sunday club meeting begins at 5:30 P.M. and ends at 7:20 P.M.
The annual fee per child is $35 or $17.50 per semester. This fee helps to offset approximately
50% of the program’s expenses (i.e. AWANA store, awards, year-end picnic, and supplies.)
We also are happy to waive fees for those who may be facing a financial hardship.
If you are interested in helping, we are having a leader meeting in August at CBC.
Feel free to call Tom O’Malley or the church office at 901-854-2500 or email them at
office@colliervillebible.org with any further questions.
